  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position : Warehouse Assistant

Company Industry : Aviation MRO

Working Hours : Shift Rotation | Morning: Monday – Saturday (7am - 2.45pm) | Afternoon: Monday – Friday (3pm - 11pm)

Working Location : Nearby to Subang Airport

Working Duration: 6 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Remuneration : Basic RM2,000 to RM3,000 (based on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + insurance & medical benefits

Interview Mode: Face-to-face

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Minimum SPM.
  • Able to converse and write in English
  • Knowledge in inventory control and warehouse materials are essential.
  • Hands on experience with SAP system for part issuance, flow of materials, stock location.
  • Understand to read and check on COC, COA and TDS.
  • Physically fit and mobile

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible to support on organisation and housekeeping (5’S) of engine part/ material storage at warehouse area with effective traceability.
  • Responsible to conduct daily, periodical inventory and annual Physical Inventory counting
  • Ensure issue quantity captured in system and control accordingly.
  • Ensure put-away process of materials together with complete documentation – airworthiness release certificate (ARC) or Certificate of conformance (CoC), Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and technical data sheet (TDS)
  • Able to identify the material issuance and kitting pick to align to the production requirement.
  • Ensure all material properly stored with label displayed at all time.
  • Comply to Quality procedure for the warehouse activities.
  • Report any material discrepancies and damages.
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.
