JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: -

  • Minimum of Diploma holder with at least one (1) year of working experience in Customer Service (live chat)
  • have excellent writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience in the Zendesk system would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work on Rotational shifts, Weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Work well under minimal supervision, independently and multitask.
