JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: -
- Minimum of Diploma holder with at least one (1) year of working experience in Customer Service (live chat)
- have excellent writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in the Zendesk system would be an added advantage.
- Able to work on Rotational shifts, Weekends and Public Holidays.
- Work well under minimal supervision, independently and multitask.
