Position: HR Service Center Specialist (NAM Shift)

Industry: Oil & Gas (Shared Service)

Location: Menara Tan & Tan, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: North America Shift (Monday – Friday, 8 PM – 4 AM)

Contract Duration: 12 months with PERSOLKELLY

Salary: RM3,500 + RM70/day shift allowance

Your Role:

As an HR Service Center Specialist, you'll be part of the Global HR Shared Service Center team supporting North America. Reporting to the HR Shared Center North America Leader, you'll handle a wide range of HR-related requests, from general policy queries to managing employee life cycle actions. You'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality, efficient support for employees across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote HR support via the Global HR Center
  • Respond to general policy queries and manage employee life cycle actions
  • Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and maintain confidentiality
  • Meet identified targets, KPIs, and SLAs in a customer service environment
  • Utilize service request management tools like Workday, Neocase, SAP, and MS Office

Who Can Apply?

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences
  • 1-2 years of experience in corporate HR support or client services (preferred)
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to provide remote HR support
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with a high degree of confidentiality
  • Familiarity with HR tools and a customer service environment
  • Ability to meet KPIs, SLAs, and deliver high-quality support
