Job Responsibilities: -
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers based on their inquiries regarding the products, services or promotions.
- Educate customers about telco’s products and services.
Job Requirements: -
- Minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) holder with relevant working experience in Customer Service/ Call Centre/ Sales
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Verbal and Written)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Diploma and Above)
- Able to work on Rotational Shifts, Weekends and Public Holidays
- Immediate joiner will be an added advantage.
