Location: Wisma CNI, No. 2, 2nd Floor, Jalan Perunding U1/17, Seksyen U1, Hicom Glenmarie Industrial Park, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor
Working day & hour: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon, Tue, Thurs – work from office, Wed & Fri – work from home)
Contract duration: 12months under PERSOLKELLY (renewable)

Duties:

  • Provide overall administrative support to operation of Moving Services
  • To answer emails and calls related to Operations-MOS
  • To prepare Daily Job Scheduling, Job Instruction (JI) to crews for each job in advance.
  • To register with condo managements for each move, coordinate with finance to prepare deposit cheque or cash.
  • To coordinate with warehouse for Job Documentation (Packing List, Job reports, Cargo Receipt, Delivery Order) and preparation for each job.
  • To coordinate with warehouse for monthly stock count reporting. Responsible for replenishing the packing stock when the inventory are low.
  • To manage supply chain of all materials related to Moving. Materials including but not limited to all materials required for packing and shipping, crews uniforms, marketing materials, and any other items requested by Management.
  • For all procurement activities, candidate is required to source for 2 or more quotations for comparison whenever possible and get General Manager or Moving Dept Manager’s approval before proceeding. Responsible to raise Purchase Order (PO) and contact vendor directly.
  • To verify contractor invoices vs PO, confirm invoice amount from vendors are accurate, and approve for submission to finance.
  • Upon acknowledging Suppliers’ Delivery Order (DO)/ Service Report/ Invoice, candidate is responsible to perform a 3-way match (PO/ DO/ Inv) make an extra set for Accounts Payable (AP) team to prepare payment.
  • To maintain and update suppliers’ contacts list as and when necessary to keep the vendor list up to date.
  • In-charge to source for sales proceeds for scrap sales or destruction of documents/items upon receiving instruction from management to perform scrap sales from items at warehouse. In-charge of witnessing the scrap sales process taken place and follow up closely with vendor on our proceeds receipt or invoices.
  • To perform any other tasks and responsibilities as requested by direct manager.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
