  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Details
Position: PMO Analyst
Location: Based in Bangsar South Office, with monthly visits to Port Klang
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible hours; AUS + UK time zones)
Contract Duration: 12 months with PERSOLKELLY
Salary: RM7,000 – RM15,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio-wide delivery plan aligned with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to consolidate project updates and support Aspac portfolio reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely tracking of strategic initiatives for transparency and oversight.
  • Manage program interdependencies, risks, and issues to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Initiate, scope, and coordinate projects, ensuring detailed plans and resource alignment.
  • Define and monitor project KPIs, financial baselines, and MOC (management of change) processes.
  • Facilitate issue escalation, risk management, status reporting, and progress tracking.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Certifications in Project Management, APICS, Six Sigma-Lean, or similar are advantageous.
  • 5–10 years of strong Project Management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and ability to handle administrative tasks such as minute-taking and presentation creation.
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with value stream mapping and network optimization software is a bonus.

  • Strategic generalist, acting as a first point of contact for the Project Manager.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle diverse tasks effectively.
