· To key in and maintain up to date medical record

· Understand, implement and ensure compliance with Company’s International Standard Of Organization 9001:2015 quality systems with relation to your work and document control.

· Formulate new International Standard Of Organization 9001:2015 Quality Policies and Procedures or suggest improvements for existing International Standard Of Organization 9001:2015 Quality Policies and Procedures for the department.

· Follow strictly all existing and future policies implemented.

· Shall perform your duties ethically and professionally and promote the best interest of the company.

· Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein and/or other functions which are logical assignments to the position.
