  • Assist in execution of compensation and benefits packages
  • Assist in implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual appraisal)
  • Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Oversee overall admin functions including documentation & filing
  • Assist in daily operations of the HR department

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
