  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Location: Rusila, Marang, Kuala Terengganu
  • Employment Type: 1 year contract (renewable basis)
  • Working Hours:
  • Sun – Thurs: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week)
  • Fri: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (half-day)
  • Sat: Off day
  • Flexible work option available upon achieving weekly targets
  • Training: 9 working days (Online/Office)

Salary & Benefits:

  • RM1,700 – RM1,900 + Commission (Normal speaker)
  • RM1,900 + RM300 (Language allowance) + Commission (Mandarin speaker)

Requirements:

  • Malaysian
  • Minimum SPM & Passed
  • Customer engagement or telemarketing experience is an advantage
  • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with potential customers via phone to provide service recommendations
  • Handle inquiries and guide customers on suitable plans based on their needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth application process
  • Provide accurate information while maintaining professional communication
  • Contribute to team performance and quality standards
