  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: HR Shared Services Specialist – MENATI Shift
Industry: Oil & Gas (Shared Services)
Location: Menara Tan & Tan, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: MENATI Shift (12PM - 9PM) | Sunday - Thursday
Contract Duration: 12 months with PERSOLKELLY
Salary: RM3,500 + RM35/day shift allowance

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute multiple HR processes and support HR teams, managers & employee
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, benefits, HR systems, reporting, and more
  • Develop wing-to-wing HR operational knowledge
  • Work with HR Information Systems & case management tools to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Ensure Best in Class HR service and collaborate cross-functionally

Who Can Apply?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of professional work experience (internships included)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • Experience with Workday, SAP, ServiceNow is a plus
  • Strong customer service mindset & ability to meet KPIs & SLAs
