  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Managing the company's account receivable function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts from customers. This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills to navigate the complexities of managing credit and collections within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

  • Proactively pursue outstanding debts through phone calls, emails, and letters
  • Coordinate with fulfilment/commercial/contract/finance team on any contractual, technical issues and respond to customer.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries regarding invoices and payments
  • Reduce PDD by following up with customers and escalate properly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular reports, forecasting on debt collection activities and outstanding debts.
  • Support company initiatives and new processes
  • Downpayment claim and insurance declaration
  • Any other ad hoc project or assignment from time to time as directed by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: -

  • Minimum of Diploma in Accounting/ Finance with at least one (1) year of working experience in relevant position.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Degree and Above).
  • Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Third language will be an added advantage.
  • Familiar with SAP and HighRadius.
  • Have a great time management, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
