  • Prepare cash sale, invoice to walk in customers. Handle daily Cash Collection from Cash Sales. ( cash , credit card payment )
  • To process sales orders from existing customers & from salesman.
  • Prepare and maintain a proper documentation of petty cash record and transactions.
  • Maintain a systematic filing system and administration records . Basic paper work – Invoicing, data entry/data record, filing and etc
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Handling customer incoming phone calls.
  • Follow up customer overdue payment.
  • Arrangement of goods delivery with driver / courier company / transportation company .
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.

Requirements:-

-Computer literate ( Strong in Excel , Word , Data Entry)
-Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8am -5pm & Sat 8am - 1pm
-Hardworking and with good attitude

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
