Job Description
• Hunt for new business opportunities by proactively identifying and engaging potential clients.
• Develop and execute a strong sales strategy to expand the company's market presence and drive revenue growth.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored research and consulting solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop proposals that address client challenges and deliver high-value insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments in automotive, healthcare, and other key sectors, positioning the company as a trusted research and consulting partner.
• Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• At least 6-8 years of working experience and proven track record in business development and sales, ideally in market research, consulting, or related industries.
• A strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate and close new business deals.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills across automotive, healthcare, and other industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
