JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage monthly payroll for employees
  • Provide support on recruitment which includes draft and post advertisement, liaise with advertising and employment agencies, coordinate interviews and interview schedule
  • Prepare letters on appointment and confirmation of employees, disciplinary issues and other human resources related matters
  • Conduct induction and orientation for new employees
  • Monitor employees attendance and update immediate superior on employees attendance records
  • Promptly attend to incoming calls
  • Work closely in coordination with the administration team in attending to visitors
  • Attend to renewal of corporate insurance, insurance claims, new insurance application, group personal accident and hospitalization/surgery
  • Assist Director-Administration on daily human resources matters
  • Represents the Company in attending to all foreign workers immigration matters at the Ministry of Immigration
  • Assist in other administration tasks when necessary

REQUIREMENT:

* Diploma / Bachelor in Human Resource Management

* Must have 1-2 years experience in HR Management including Payroll and Recruitment

* Smart and independent

* Have own transport

* Willing to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
