Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's mission, vision, and business objectives.
- Act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, providing guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.
- Oversee organizational change management initiatives to support business transformation and growth.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop succession planning and career development frameworks for key roles within the organization.
- Drive performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and individual development.
3. Employee Engagement and Culture
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Implement employee engagement surveys and action plans to address feedback and improve the work environment.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
4. HR Operations and Compliance
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Regularly review and update employee handbooks, contracts, and HR documentation.
5. Learning and Development
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Assess organizational training needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps.
- Monitor the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
6. Compensation and Benefits
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Manage the annual salary review and bonus allocation process.
7. HR Metrics and Reporting
- Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on HR performance and key trends.
- Use data insights to inform decision-making and improve HR strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD preferred).
- Experience: A minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
