F&B Outlet Supervisor

We are now looking for Outlet Supervisor! Vacancy available at: 1) AEON Bukit Indah 2) KSL City Mall Job Responsibilities: -Perform weekly roster planning to ensure adequate manpower for the team. -Monitor opening, mid and closing of shifts. -Perform sales forecasting and guide team members on the daily kitchen preparation according to forecasting. -Prepare food and beverages and ensure team members prepare the food and beverages according to SOP. -Perform Stock planning & ordering with POS system. -Escalate customer complaints or operation issues to management. -Deploy customer service standards to drive the organisation's customer experience goal. -Develop strategies to achieve sales targets according to customers' profiles. -Mentor and train new staff. -Monitor team's compliance with the organisation's personal, food and beverage hygiene standards -Rectify any equipment failure or incident that will result in operation downtime.
