MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
1) Candidate must post at least a Degree/ Higher Diploma in any disciplines from a Local/ overseas university.
2) NO WORKING EXPERIENCE is needed.
3) Must be willing to work in the retail floor of supermarket.
4) Successful candidate will be trained to lead and manage an assigned department of a branch of Matahari supermarket.
5) Candidate will be trained to master all knowledge and skill sets and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for various departments of the supermarket ranging from product knowledge, stock display, stock ordering & stock level control, manpower deployment and supervision, etc.
6) Upon successful completion of the probation period, candidate will be post as assistant supervisor or a supervisor of a department of a branch of Matahari supermarket which is the nearest to the candidate's home address.
