Ensure that all ticketing and operational task are completed in order, on time and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- To handle the ticketing process from scanning input and adjustment of the scan results.
- To produce related reports and send to respective departments, users, etc.
- To provide 1st level support for any IT inquiry or IT request for service including both hardware and software (POS/SAP/CRM)
- Strong documentation ability.
- To input promotions/ discounts / markdown into the system submitted by other departments.
- Reporting daily/ weekly / monthly / yearly status on operations processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma /Degree qualification
- Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
