AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is currently looking to hire a Senior E-commerce Executive to handle our hair care brands, the job duties include planning and executing marketing campaigns in E-commerce marketplaces, maximize brand's exposure in online retail space and ensure smooth operations.
You will play an important role, such as:
• Involve in the planning, execution, and evaluation of digital marketing performance to build stronger traffic through on-platform marketing solutions and off-platform services.
• Oversee the operation process which includes store management, new product creation, product detailed page, order processing, inventory management and promotions are executed smoothly and updated as per planned.
• Analyze and evaluate post-campaign performance to identify key learnings and opportunities to grow further.
• Support in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor profitability, sales rebate spends, operational costs and accruals for assigned accounts.
• Maintain good relationship with marketplaces to constantly improve brand's performance and exposure
• Work closely with different stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure smooth operations
• Liaise with graphic designer to conceptualize product contents, onsite banners and advertising creatives
• Initiate contract negotiations including terms and conditions, product offers and pricing in line with overall product and pricing strategies and guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you would need to have:
• Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Master Degree in E-commerce / Marketing / Business Administrations / Mass Communication or any relevant field.
• At least 2 years experiences and exposure in E-commerce marketing.
• Understanding of the E-commerce business (Hair Care Category) and customer purchase Journey online.
• Brand building/channel marketing experience
• E-Commerce sales - listing and driving online sales through E-Commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of the SAP system, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop can be a plus point.
Nice to Have:
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales target given.
• Knowledge in Cosmetic or personal care would definitely be a plus.
• Team Player as you would be working with a group of fun and vibrant team.
• You have Strong organization skill and analytical skill.
• You are knowledgeable in an end-to-end E-commerce management, ability to understand the big picture but also comfortable with details and managing the operations.
• You are excellent in communication, negotiation and influencing skills with diverse, multi-functional stakeholders.
• Able to work in fast-paced and multi-task environment.
