  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Looking for Supply Chain Executive

Job Location: Mivo Avenue Industrial Park, 11, Jalan Mivo 1, Taman Perindustrian Desa Aman, 52200 Sungai Buloh, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock levels and monthly reorder quantities
  • Track orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Follow up with suppliers to confirm or modify orders as necessary
  • Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
  • Maintain accurate costing and margin records
  • Prepare cost analyses
  • Liaise with Warehouse Staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
  • Handles inquiries from branches
  • Maintain and update stock items and promotions
  • Assist in report generation and analysis
  • Support other ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, commerce, economics, or a related discipline
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Good administrative and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin(reading, writing and speaking) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers
  • Solid knowledge of procurement methods, including sourcing, supply chain management, and supplier management.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of maintaining confidentiality
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Starting work immediately will be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
