  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Manage and oversee daily financial operations for several business entities.
  • Oversee the general accounting operation, including leading the month end closing process to ensure it is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in handling and monitor Company accounts, including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, inter-companies’ reconciliation, month-end closing & statutory reporting.
  • Process timely payments to vendor & payroll.
  • Provide accounting and clerical support.
  • Review corporate tax computation and audit reports.
  • Liaise with Auditor, Tax Agents, Banks and Company Secretary.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • Preferable 2-3 years of experience in related field
  • ACCA/CPA/MIA member is an added advantage
  • Ability to handle full set of accounts is required
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Fast learner and possess strong critical thinking capability.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Able to deliver within the stipulated timeline
  • Language - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
