Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Management: Oversee administrative support functions, including managing office supplies, facilities, and equipment.
- Human Resources: Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee training. Administer compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation processes.
- Employee Relations: Ensure employee satisfaction, manage conflict resolution, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage administrative and HR-related budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between management and employees, handling grievances and promoting effective communication.
