Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain management (SCM) and logistics strategies in alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
- Establish and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Define outbound and inbound logistics goals for warehouse operations.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in warehouse and distribution processes.
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality and service standards.
- Identify and select logistics service providers (LSPs) that align with the company’s strategy.
- Oversee and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Develop and execute annual business targets and budget plans for the department.
- Ensure compliance with transportation and distribution regulations and legal requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse and distribution management, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management, transportation, and logistics best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
