  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Sales Specialist / Senior Sales Specialist to drive sales growth in Point-of-Sales (POS) end-user and project sales. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Attend sales appointments, deliver compelling presentations, secure client approvals, and follow up on payment collections.
  • Conduct site meetings and visits as needed.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, maintaining a strong project pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create effective quotations and proposals.
  • Drive sales through strategic networking, cold calling, and business development efforts.
  • Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts to management.
  • Gather and incorporate customer feedback to enhance service quality and team performance.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience with a proven track record in client relationship management (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply!).
  • Experience in System Integration (SI) or Point-of-Sales (POS) systems is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Own transport and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset, proficiency in data collection, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
