  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for preparing management and statutory reports for the company and its subsidiaries while ensuring effective financial controls, accurate reporting, and efficient management of accounts payable, receivable, and fixed assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements for management, shareholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee invoicing, payments, collections, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Fixed Asset Management: Maintain policies for asset depreciation, acquisition, disposal, and transfers.
  • Financial Controls: Identify issues, implement improvements, and uphold financial policies and procedures.
  • External Relations: Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits and resolve audit-related matters.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Support senior management with additional assignments as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, CIMA).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance, commercial, or audit sectors.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Skills: Strong accounting knowledge, ERP system experience, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Traits: High integrity, detail-oriented, independent, proactive, and strong interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
