Are you ready to dive into the world of payments and business strategy? As a New Business Intern, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, hands-on team, working closely with our Partnership and BUsiness Development teams to help drive growth and support exciting projects.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Insights
Conduct targeted research on market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making. Prepare summaries with actionable insights and strategy recommendations for different market segments. - Client & Project Management Support
Assist in coordinating client communications, managing follow-ups, and ensuring timely responses. Organize and track project timelines to help key stakeholders stay on top of tasks and deadlines. - Administrative Excellence
Oversee essential administrative tasks, including document management, and preparing detailed reports. Maintain organized records and support data analysis for client and project databases. - Meeting & Presentation Preparation
Collaborate to prepare agendas, presentations, and summary notes for internal and client meetings. Create visually engaging materials that showcase our unique offerings and client benefits. - Sales Support & Follow-Up
Support the sales team by monitoring ongoing sales initiatives, assisting with client onboarding, and tracking customer feedback to help us enhance our services. - Creative Problem-Solving
Bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to improve our administrative processes and business strategies, suggesting ways to streamline workflows and enhance communication.
Pre-Requisites :
Pre-Requisites:
- Candidate is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline
- Open and willing to work at i-City Shah Alam.
- Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 16 weeks (4 months). Preference will be given to final-year students.
- Proficiency in MS Office(s).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
