  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Position: Sales cum Customer Service
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500 ( + Commission)
Working Days: 6-day work week with 1 designated off day between Monday until
Thursday
Working Hours : 10.00 am - 8.00 pm
Location: NO 11, Jalan Boling Padang H 13/H, SECTION 13, 40100 Shah Alam, Selangor

Notes:

  • Hostel accommodation provided, located 500 meters from the office.
  • Overtime compensation provided.
  • Promote and upsell spa services and packages to walk-in and online customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by actively engaging with potential clients.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of spa treatments and products to provide accurate recommendations.
  • Greet and assist customers with inquiries about spa services, promotions, and bookings.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
  • Manage appointment scheduling via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
  • Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth operations and avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Ensure accurate recording of sales transactions and customer details.
  • Support marketing efforts by engaging with customers on social media platforms.
  • Maintain a customer database for future marketing and follow-ups.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Commission pay

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:
