  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Design, review, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational objectives.
  • Create and maintain SOPs for HR functions and employee-related processes.
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to align with organizational goals.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage employee contracts, grievances, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to align recruitment offers with market standards.
  • Regularly evaluate and improve HR processes to meet changing business needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in HR management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Attendance bonus
  • Performance bonus

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
