  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive information about Takaful products such as life protection, health, education, and investment plans.
  • Conduct financial analysis to understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable Takaful plans.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Offer follow-up services, including periodic policy reviews and updates.
  • Guide and support customers throughout the Takaful claims process to ensure smooth handling.
  • Manage essential documents such as application forms, Takaful policies, and sales performance reports.
  • Attend training sessions, seminars, and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Provide long-term financial guidance and advice to ensure customers remain adequately protected.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
