  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries aimed at hospital services and procedures with friendly and courteous tone.
  • Answer queries pertaining to admitted patients by following strictly confidentiality protocols.
  • Routes incoming calls to appropriate departments.
  • Create and maintain logs of incoming and outgoing calls on a daily basis.
  • Work effectively under multiple demands and adjust priorities as circumstances require to meet turnaround time goals and staffing needs of the department.
  • Immediately responds to all alarms, security calls and medical emergencies. Pages all persons designated to respond to emergencies. Immediately reports to the supervisor any problems with, or abused of alarm system. Logs emergency response information, as appropriate.
  • Maintains a high degree of accuracy and precision on a consistent basis in job performance.

Job Requirement:

  • Sijil Pemeriksaan Malaysia (SPM).
  • Good communication and listening skill.
  • Good knowledge of hospital policies and procedures for the imparting of directory information over the telephone.
  • Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays and overtime as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
