Responsibilities
Assist in checking the daily Bank balance as and when required.
Supervise and monitor Job Duties for FA & GL Assistants.
Monitor filing updated by FA & GL Assistants.
Check and ensure correct coding and period Of the charge out for prepayment accounts.
To check GM’s monthly list of expenses for VP approval.
To prepare monthly OE charge out and provisions.
To update monthly Diversey Chemicals usage and accrue rebate.
To prepare statistics requirement from Government Departments before submission.
To oversee and monitor all car pass issued by GL’s personnel.
Requirements
Diploma in Accountancy or SPM/ LCCI Certificate related with accountancy.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or finance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of financial processes, reconciliations, and reporting.
Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
