We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager for our HR Division.
Job Summary
Overseeing and managing most aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
Work closely with department heads to support business objectives by fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring HR strategies align with the company’s goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years working experience in HR management in the hospitality or service industry.
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
