Job Summary:
The Club Lounge Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club lounge, ensuring a premium and exclusive experience for guests. This role focuses on delivering personalized service, managing a high-performing team, and maintaining the lounge’s ambience and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized and attentive service to all club lounge guests.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lounge, including food and beverage service, cleanliness, and guest engagement.
- Train and lead the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
- Handle guest feedback and address any concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with departments to cater to special guest requests and maintain seamless service.
- Monitor inventory and manage operational costs to align with the budget.
- Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage management, ideally in a premium setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
