  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory costs.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Process and monitor invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and handle supplier payments.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
  • Analyze variances between actual and budgeted expenses.
  • Monitor daily cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for operational needs.
  • Forecast financial requirements and report potential cash flow issues.
  • Prepare and file necessary tax documentation, including SST, income tax, and other regulatory filings.
  • Stay updated on changes to tax laws and financial regulations affecting the business.
  • Work closely with the operations team to track inventory and ensure cost accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives and process improvement.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and assist in special projects as assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
