Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all security operations within the hotel.

Develop and implement security policies, emergency response plans, and risk management procedures.
Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and training programs.
Liaise with law enforcement agencies, government authorities, and external security providers.
Supervise security personnel and ensure adherence to hotel security standards.
Ensure compliance with fire, life, and safety regulations.
Manage investigations related to security incidents, loss prevention, and theft cases.

Requirements
Degree or diploma in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, crisis management, and investigative skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies promptly.
Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
