  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on procurement experience, with demonstrable exposure to healthcare and/or wholesale pharmacy environments.
  • Experience executing end-to-end procurement processes and managing supplier relationships, preferably with healthcare-related products and pharmaceutical inventory.
  • Familiarity with the unique procurement needs of GP clinics, dental centers, HD centers, and wholesale pharmacy operations is highly desirable.

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Solid knowledge of procurement procedures, contract management, and supply chain logistics specific to the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Proficiency in procurement tools, ERP systems, and data analysis.
  • Strong focus on cost control and process optimization, with a record of achieving cost savings while maintaining quality and compliance.

Operational & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Ability to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards within a healthcare and wholesale pharmacy context.

Other Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to support and implement the strategic direction set by the Senior Manager, Procurement.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-business unit healthcare environment is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM7,000.00 per month
