Job description

POSITION STATEMENT:

Responsible for assisting and supporting in the effective operations of the Payroll and Human Resources function in the daily administrative and day to day operations. Align with the human resources and payroll function with the overall strategy of the company.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Maintain the integrity of the Payroll and HR System.
  • Prepare month-end payrolls.
  • Prepare monthly service point calculation.
  • Ensure timely submission and distribution of payroll and statutory reporting (Income tax, EPF & Socso).
  • Prepare payroll forecast and summary reports for account department
  • Submit yearly E-Filing for foreign worker and Borang e for employer.
  • Liasing with Local statutory officers (KWSP, SOSCO, HRDF, LHDN)
  • Prepare & distributing pay slips.
  • Updating and maintaining payroll records in the company payroll system.
  • Liaising with Finance and People department with regards to staff appointments, terminations, remuneration and others relevant matters.
  • Calculation and payment of staff clearance salary payments.
  • Assisting Finance Manager with month end consolidation.
  • Prepare summary payroll reports for audit purpose.
  • Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
  • To initiate cost saving projects and other ad-hoc reports/surveys as required.
  • To perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 3 years in human resources (HR) with at least 2 years in payroll administration field.
  • Good knowledge about HR processes and HR System.
  • Good knowledge about Employment Act.
  • Proficiency in GOOGLE Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records.
  • Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
