JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Fresh Graduat or experience as a Customer Care/Front Desk or in a similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external
  • Able to work in shift, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing examplary customer service and willing to learn
  • Able to get on with people of all ages and from all backgrounds, work independently.
  • Responsible for up keeping a clients' hygiene, ensuring their safety and facilitating social-emotional support.
  • Patience and able to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Able to handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently
  • Clear verbal communication skills to explain the information
  • JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Utilising equipment to move patients when necessary
  • Talking to patients and reassuring them
  • Helping patients with limited mobility to perform basic tasks.
  • Supporting people with social and physical activities.
  • Booking and deal with people for appointments.
  • Assisting nurses and other staff when needed
  • Getting in touch with superiors to discuss any changes to a patient’s condition.
  • Be presentable and professional at all times during working hours
  • Attending to patients’ queries and needs with courtesy and in a professional manner

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
