  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities

Website Monitoring:

  • Regularly check the website for performance issues, broken links, and downtime.
  • Monitor website uptime and functionality using tools like Google Analytics, Pingdom, or other monitoring software.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with the development team for resolutions.

Content Updates:

  • Assist in updating website content, banners, and announcements.
  • Ensure all web pages are optimized for performance and display properly across different browsers and devices.

Security & Maintenance:

  • Monitor for potential security vulnerabilities and suspicious activity on the website.
  • Support regular website backups and updates for plugins, themes, and software

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports on website performance metrics (traffic, bounce rate, loading speed, etc.).
  • Identify and suggest improvements based on analytics insights.

General IT Support:

  • Provide assistance in other IT-related tasks as needed, including software updates and basic troubleshooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,200.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
