Job Description:
- Manage customer service team & ensure they comply to company policies & SOP.
- Assist Manager in training customer service staff to deliver effective customer service.
- Ensuring the entire facility is kept neat, clean, safe and fully operational at all time.
- Open and/or close the facility in accordance with the established procedures & checklists.
- Assist Manager in managing inventory.
- Managing cashier coverage, monitor & authenticating refunds and/or voids transaction.
- Guide and motivate customer service team towards achieving operation goal.
- Provide supervision & technical assistance to customer service team to attain organization goal.
- Attend to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Assist customers enquiry about organization’s products & services.
- Assist Manager in logistics & event arrangement for the outlet.
- Ensuring sufficient manpower at the outlet to ease the daily operations.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- At least 3 years of experience in the customer service/entertainment industry.
- Possess minimum education - SPM/Diploma.
- People person and passionate in working with children.
- Ability to work with all levels of management and good teamwork among colleagues.
- Full-time employment - in charge of Eco Hill Semenyih outlet.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month (Will be negotiate based on work experiences, qualification, skills and knowledge)
