Job Description:

  • To assist the operational outlet activities in the daily operation of the playground, ensuring their adherence to the requirements of the designated outlet Operational Plan.
  • Assist to support marketing activities, advertising and sales promotion, public relations, visual merchandising, and/or special marketing events, as appropriate.
  • Obtain customer feedbacks and recommend necessary outlet operational changes and address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • To support on administration and documentation.
  • Assist on party arrangement at the outlet/ others.
  • Assist as Customer Service/ front desk, attend customers/ etc.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirement:

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relation, Management, or any Customer Service-related course.
  • Have at least 2 years of working experience in Customer Service/Entertainment Industry
  • Proficient in oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and multi-task.
  • Excellent in organizational skills, time management and follow-up skills.
  • Computer literacy in basic Microsoft Office.
  • Well equipped with the computer skills.
  • Strong team player, self-motivated, driven, and willing to learn.
  • Able to travel and work long-hours if required.
  • Able to work on multiple initiatives and balance constantly changing priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month (Will be negotiate based on work experiences, qualification, skills and knowledge)
