Job scope: • Attend daily sales inquiries from customers via phone, message, email or walk- in. • Present, promote and sale products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers via Whatsapp messenger, messenger, chat room and call. • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. • Communicate with customer and inter-department and others to ensure all matters are well coordinated and acted upon. • Perform telesales and cold calling to customer and promote transport solutions such as rental, leasing and chauffeur to potential government and corporate customers. • Gather and understand customer's needs and requirement or services that will help customers to optimize efficiency and reduce costs; • Develop or generate business opportunities via creative initiative ie social media, event networking Linkedin, Canon’s customer list, canvassing, cold calling, and meet up with potential customers to increase prospect; Implement sales strategies to source for new business opportunities; • Responsible for managing and servicing customer’s accounts and maintaining a high level of sales achievement in targeted government and corporate segments. • Organize and conduct product presentation and demonstration to the prospective customers; • Prepare sales proposals, invoice and quotations to prospective customers promptly. • Do follow up payment on overdue contracts and ensure customer meeting the due date for payment. • Assist customer on emergency, breakdowns or any other enquiries pertaining to their contract agreement. • Prepare sales quotation and proposal and to manage and monitor the progress. • To help prepare open tender document and to ensure submitted on time. • Communicate with customer and inter-department and others to ensure all matters are well coordinated and acted upon. • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships • Update, amend or check customer's reservation on website or manual bookings. • Do background checking on customer's past record through appropriate channel and platform. • Verifying booking, including customer's personal information and payment details. • Compiling and reviewing monthly sales report with the management team. • Advise as an expert on all vehicles in the MKAZ fleet, all protection items, and all extras. • Provides current and prospective hires with the best possible customer service to retain them. • Do background checking on customer's past record through appropriate channel and platform. • Advise as an expert on all vehicles in the MKAZ fleet, all protection items, and all extras. • Provides current and prospective hires with the best possible customer service to retain them. • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and confidence. • Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with hirers, prospects, employees, and outside contacts. • Contact individuals and businesses by telephone to promote products and services over a telephone. • Adjust a well-tailored sales pitch and deliver it efficiently to the customers also keeping in mind that they fulfil each and every requirement of a customer. • Aggressively working on meeting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target aligned with the KPI set to the roles. • Maintains the company’s customer service and rental standards. • Support other sales and operation team before, during or after rotational shift as per required by the management. • Any ad hock task whichever is relevant to the job scope.
