  • Respond to internal Sales Team and customer inquiries on product availability, prices, and lead time promptly and accurately via telephone, facsimile, or email.
  • Generate Sales Quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with Sales & Engineering Team on material planning details.
  • Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers for the best deal in quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services.
  • Enhance product knowledge using all available sources.
  • Raise and monitor Sales Orders, Approval Notes (Loan, WIP, Consignment), invoices, and goods returns.
  • Assist Sales Team in issuing and following up on temporary “Approval for Delivery” and “Credit Limit Appeal Form” for credit terms and limit upgrades in exceptional cases.
  • Build rapport with customers, Sales Teams, and Marketing Teams.
  • Understand customers' buying behavior and delivery mode (e.g., preparing shipping documents).
  • Work closely with the Section Head to resolve daily operational issues.
  • Lead or supervise junior team members to maintain high service quality.
  • Recommend best practices to meet service level agreements and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 4 years working experience in relevant field
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with effective time management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills and familiar with ERP System, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Strong command of English both verbal & written and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Preferably with knowledge of product
  • Able to multi-task
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn quickly
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
