- Handle full sets of accounts including preparation.
- Reconcile financial statements, prepare to send and store invoices / billings.
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payment.
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare payment via internet banking or any other methods of payment as per Management’s instruction.
- Year-end audit preparation.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by Management.
- Must possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or any related field.
- At least 1 year experience in book keeping and understanding of accounting.
- Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Office, UBS and/or Auto-count software.
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, Malay & English.
