  • Handle full sets of accounts including preparation.
  • Reconcile financial statements, prepare to send and store invoices / billings.
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payment.
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare payment via internet banking or any other methods of payment as per Management’s instruction.
  • Year-end audit preparation.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by Management.
  • Must possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or any related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in book keeping and understanding of accounting.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Office, UBS and/or Auto-count software.
  • Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, Malay & English.
