Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage and oversee the company’s financial records. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of financial data, maintain accounts, and provide timely financial reports. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recordkeeping & Transactions:
- Maintain accurate records of all financial & Inventory transactions.
- Post daily transactions in accounting software, Reconcile bank accounts and others.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process invoices and payments to vendors.
- Manage customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely payment of bills and expenses.
3. Compliance & Accuracy
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and company policies.
- Assist with GST/SST/VAT filings and other tax submissions.
- Maintain organized financial documentation for audits.
4. Payroll Support
- Assist in processing employee payroll.
- Ensure proper documentation of salary, taxes, and deductions.
5. Support for Management
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with external accountants during audits or year-end activities.

Working Time:
Monday to Friday: 09:30am - 06:30pm
Saturday: Alternate
Education:
- SPM or equivalent; in additional education Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or relevant experience) is a plus
- Experience: 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
