Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing
Are you a digital-savvy strategist with a passion for social media, video content creation and e-commerce? We’re looking for an innovative Digital / Social Media and Web store / TikTok Commerce Manager to lead our online presence, engage with our community and drive growth across digital platforms.
What you’ll do:
Lead Digital & Social Media Strategy – Develop and execute a cohesive digital strategy for social media platforms, web store, and TikTok commerce channels to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
Content & Video Creation – Work closely with our creative team to design compelling content from social media posts to video ads that resonates with our audience and reinforces our brand message.
Plan & Host TikTok LIVE Sessions – Develop engaging TikTok LIVE sessions that highlight our products and connect with our community, serving as a key on-screen personality to drive interest and sales.
Manage Media & Budget Planning – Optimize budget allocation for paid media to ensure efficient as spend and effective campaign performance and all digital channels.
What we’re looking for:
Qualifications - Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a team in digital marketing, social media management or e-commerce with a focus on TikTok and other social platforms.
Proven Experience – In social media, digital marketing or e-commerce with expertise in TikTok and other social platform. Proficiency in video creation /editing tools and social media management software.
Strong Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication with confidence to engage audiences and collaborate effectively across teams.
Creative Mindset – Skilled in content creation and able to produce engaging video and social content. A creative thinker with a flair for storytelling and a knack for creating eye-catching content that resonates with audiences.
Strong Leadership – Ability to inspire and guide a team in content planning, execution and platform strategy.
Analytical Skills – Experience in media planning, budgeting and performance tracking for paid social media.
Organised & Detail-Oriented - Highly organised with an ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
