- Follow preparation, presentation, and safety specifications.
- Ensure all dishes meet company and regulatory quality standards.
7. Assist in kitchen setup and closing
- Set up workstations, store ingredients, and follow closing procedures.
- Ensure kitchen tools and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.
8. Manage inventory and stock
- Store raw materials properly and monitor stock levels.
- Notify the team of any low-stock ingredients to prevent shortages.
