  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Assist engineers in developing and implementing CNC machining processes and procedures.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with engineering specifications.

CNC Machine Operation:

  • Operate CNC machines and perform setup, calibration, and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met during production runs.

Technical Documentation:

  • Maintain and update technical documentation, including machine manuals, process specifications, and work instructions for production.
  • Assist in creating and revising engineering drawings and schematics.

Problem-Solving:

  • Assist in troubleshooting CNC machine issues and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with machinists, operators, and other engineering staff to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and challenges.

Health and Safety Compliance:

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating CNC machines and working in the factory environment.
  • Participate in safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety within the team.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Associate degree or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with CNC machines, is preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
