  • Lead the end-to-end business development process, including prospecting, proposal preparation, bidding, tender and contract negotiation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to ensure proposals are competitive and align with company objectives.
  • Prepare business forecasts, reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards and industry regulations.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings and expand market reach.
  • Regularly review and refine business development strategies to adapt to market conditions.

Job Requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the integrated facilities management industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and securing large contracts.
  • Experience with tender processes and contract negotiation in IFM.
  • Strong network within the IFM industry will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
