- Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to ensure proposals are competitive and align with company objectives.
- Prepare business forecasts, reports and presentations for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards and industry regulations.
- Develop strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings and expand market reach.
- Regularly review and refine business development strategies to adapt to market conditions.
Job Requirements:
- bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the integrated facilities management industry.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and securing large contracts.
- Experience with tender processes and contract negotiation in IFM.
- Strong network within the IFM industry will be an added advantage.
