  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

KEY DUTIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Maintain and Improve IT Infrastructure: Ensure the consistent performance and health of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, shared drives, networks, and internet connections.

2. Asset and Access Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of company assets like computers, access cards, IoT devices, and CCTVs.

3. Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior executives on IT administration and maintenance.

4. Incident Management: Manage a ticketing system, promptly address issues, and work towards a low incident rate.

5. Backup Systems: Ensure regular backups of critical data and systems are performed without fail.

6. Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement measures to enhance the IT infrastructure's efficiency and reliability.

7. Documentation: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials related to IT infrastructure, asset tracking, and IT purchases.

8. Cost Management and Performance: Strive for cost-effective solutions without compromising on system performance to serve internal customers optimally.

Requirement

1. Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field.

2. At least 1 year of experience in a related role (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered).

3. Strong listening skills, and a genuine willingness to provide assistance, regardless of the scale of the issue.

4. Ability to think creatively and respond effectively to challenges, with a talent for reprioritizing tasks as needed.

5. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and security principles.

6. The candidate must have an eye for detail and a deep understanding of the importance of their role, consistently demonstrating accountability in every task.

7. An insatiable thirst for knowledge, particularly in technology, and the ability to rapidly adapt to the ever-changing tech landscape.
